Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 10 business days using the original payment method.
Items returned without prior return authorization cannot be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items
Please check your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

What is covered by the warranty?
- Manufacturing defects – for example, stitching that unintentionally comes loose.
- Material defects – such as a zip or fastening that fails under normal use.
- Construction issues – for instance, unevenly distributed filling that cannot be restored to its original state.
What is not covered by the warranty?
Some situations are not related to manufacturing defects and therefore fall outside the warranty:
- Normal wear and tear from use and washing.
- Discolouration caused by sunlight or incorrect detergent.
- Damage due to improper use – for example, washing or drying at excessively high temperatures.
- Changes in comfort caused by natural settling or fluffing of the filling.
- Stains or odours caused by moisture, perspiration or other external factors.
How to make a warranty claim
- Complete the warranty form at the bottom of this page, or
- Send an email to wakeup@wakeupbedding.com with a brief description of the issue, your order number and a few clear photos.
We will contact you as soon as possible to resolve the issue — whether through repair, replacement or another suitable solution.

The 4-season duvet consists of a summer layer and a standard layer that can be used separately or together. This allows you to easily adjust warmth for every season: light in summer, cosy in spring and autumn, and extra warm in winter. One duvet for comfort all year round.
Standard duvet
The standard camel hair duvet offers the perfect balance between cosy warmth and ventilation. Suitable for most of the year, it feels comfortable during cooler nights while remaining breathable enough to prevent overheating.
Summer duvet
The summer duvet is light and airy, ideal for warm nights or well-insulated bedrooms. It keeps you comfortable without retaining excess heat. Thanks to the breathable properties of camel hair, you stay fresh and relaxed even during summer nights.
