What’s covered under warranty?
✔ Manufacturing defects like loose stitching or weaving faults
✔ Material issues that occur during normal use within 1 year
✔ Colour fading when washed according to care instructions
What’s not covered under warranty?
✖ Normal wear from regular use and washing
✖ Shrinking or discolouration caused by improper washing or drying
✖ Damage from rubbing, pulling, or contact with sharp objects
✖ Pilling (formation of small fabric balls) from natural use
Why proper care matters
Your bedding is in direct contact with your skin and exposed to sweat, body oils, and friction. Regular washing is essential for hygiene and to maintain quality. But the more you wash, the faster natural wear can occur.
To extend the life of your bedding:
- Rotate between multiple sets so each piece gets washed less often.
- Always follow the care instructions to prevent shrinking, fading, or damage.
- Use a mild detergent and avoid bleach to protect the fabric fibres.
- Air dry your bedding whenever possible to minimise dryer-related wear.
How to make a warranty claim
Got an issue that falls under our warranty? Contact our customer service via return@wakeupbedding.com and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos clearly showing the problem
Once we’ve reviewed your claim, we’ll offer an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or repair.
