What is covered by the warranty?
- Manufacturing defects – for example, stitching that unintentionally comes loose.
- Material defects – such as a zip or fastening that fails under normal use.
- Construction issues – for instance, unevenly distributed filling that cannot be restored to its original state.
What is not covered by the warranty?
Some situations are not related to manufacturing defects and therefore fall outside the warranty:
- Normal wear and tear from use and washing.
- Discolouration caused by sunlight or incorrect detergent.
- Damage due to improper use – for example, washing or drying at excessively high temperatures.
- Changes in comfort caused by natural settling or fluffing of the filling.
- Stains or odours caused by moisture, perspiration or other external factors.
How to make a warranty claim
- Complete the warranty form at the bottom of this page, or
- Send an email to wakeup@wakeupbedding.com with a brief description of the issue, your order number and a few clear photos.
We will contact you as soon as possible to resolve the issue — whether through repair, replacement or another suitable solution.
