About the Botaniq duvet
The name Botaniq combines botanic (plant) and IQ (intelligence). It stands for smart choices from nature: natural fibres with exceptional properties, turned into a duvet that feels just as good as it sounds. Soft, plant-based, and smarter for both people and planet.
Sleep under pure nature. The WakeUp Botaniq duvet is a luxurious, 100% plant-based alternative to down or synthetic. The filling is an innovative blend of Tencel, corn fibre and kapok: soft, breathable and beautifully light. The GOTS-certified organic cotton cover completes the picture – smooth, fresh and gentle on your skin.
Thanks to the natural materials, you’ll enjoy a dry and comfortable sleep climate all year round. Kapok insulates without weight, Tencel wicks away moisture quickly, and corn fibre adds soft volume. The result: a duvet that drapes gently around your body and offers just the right warmth.
Botaniq is vegan, circular and CO₂-neutral. Free from animal materials, full of comfort. Available as a single, all-season or 4-season duvet in multiple sizes.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 10 business days using the original payment method.
Items returned without prior return authorization cannot be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items
Please check your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Legal right of withdrawal in the EU
If your order was delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason. The return conditions are the same as mentioned above.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you. If the return is approved, the amount will be refunded within 10 business days via the original payment method.

What is covered by the warranty?
- Manufacturing defects – for example, stitching that unintentionally comes loose.
- Material defects – such as a zip or fastening that fails under normal use.
- Construction issues – for instance, unevenly distributed filling that cannot be restored to its original state.
What is not covered by the warranty?
Some situations are not related to manufacturing defects and therefore fall outside the warranty:
- Normal wear and tear from use and washing.
- Discolouration caused by sunlight or incorrect detergent.
- Damage due to improper use – for example, washing or drying at excessively high temperatures.
- Changes in comfort caused by natural settling or fluffing of the filling.
- Stains or odours caused by moisture, perspiration or other external factors.

We will contact you as soon as possible to resolve the issue — whether through repair, replacement or another suitable solution.
