  Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 10 business days using the original payment method.

Items returned without prior return authorization cannot be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please check your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Return exceptions

Some items cannot be returned, including:

Legal right of withdrawal in the EU

If your order was delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason. The return conditions are the same as mentioned above.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you. If the return is approved, the amount will be refunded within 10 business days via the original payment method.

What is covered by the warranty?

• Manufacturing defects – for example, stitching that unintentionally comes loose.
• Material defects – such as a zip or fastening that fails under normal use.
• Construction issues – for instance, unevenly distributed filling that cannot be restored to its original state.

What is not covered by the warranty?

Some situations are not related to manufacturing defects and therefore fall outside the warranty:

• Normal wear and tear from use and washing.
• Discolouration caused by sunlight or incorrect detergent.
• Damage due to improper use – for example, washing or drying at excessively high temperatures.
• Changes in comfort caused by natural settling or fluffing of the filling.
• Stains or odours caused by moisture, perspiration or other external factors.

How to make a warranty claim
