  Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 10 business days using the original payment method.

Items returned without prior return authorization cannot be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please check your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Return exceptions

Some items cannot be returned, including:

• Personalized or custom-made products
• Personal care items (such as beauty products)
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
• Sale items or gift cards

Legal right of withdrawal in the EU

If your order was delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason. The return conditions are the same as mentioned above.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you. If the return is approved, the amount will be refunded within 10 business days via the original payment method.

Wat valt wél onder de garantie?

• Productiefouten – bijvoorbeeld een stiknaad die onbedoeld loslaat.
• Materiaalfouten – zoals een rits of sluiting die bij normaal gebruik defect raakt.
• Constructieproblemen – denk aan ongelijk verdeelde vulling die niet terug te brengen is naar de oorspronkelijke staat.

Wat valt níet onder de garantie?

Sommige situaties hebben niets te maken met een fabricagefout en vallen daarom buiten de garantie:

• Normale slijtage door gebruik en wassen.
• Verkleuring door zonlicht of verkeerd wasmiddel.
• Schade door verkeerd gebruik – bijvoorbeeld door een te hoge was- of droogtemperatuur.
• Comfortverandering door natuurlijk inzakken of opschudden van de vulling.
• Vlekken of geurtjes veroorzaakt door vocht, zweet of andere invloeden van buitenaf.
